Are great leaders born that way, or do they evolve into leadership over time? What are the secrets to success as a leader? Our presenter will guide you through the habits and skills that great leaders possess. Participants will be able to: Identify their own leadership strengths regardless of their role in an organization Participants will be able to: Articulate 5 exemplary practices of excellent leadership Participants will be able to: Design a goal to integrate on of the exemplary practices of excellent leadership Participants will be able to: Reflect on leadership at the level of organization and identify opportunities for growth. This session will be a workshop format that first deals with secrets of success for leaders at the individual level, it will then move on to leadership at the organizational level and share best practices for organizations to articulate leadership behaviors that are unique to their organization.
