Abbey has been cultivating, and inspiring governmental administration and operational leadership for 17+ years. She advocates for esteemed fiduciary responsibility, progressive communication, technical education, and training, and is driven to change systems with governmental board (community) voice and agency. Ms. Dall has innovatively accomplished this throughout her professional career of public service by fostering community and implementation of effective, confident leadership. Abbey grew up in and raised her family in Rhinelander, Wisconsin. She holds doctoral credit in Public Administration from Edgewood College, Madison, Wisconsin. While she has held many roles from Division Administrator, Board of Trustee Chair, and IBCLC for several tribal nations in the region, such as Lac Du Flambeau and Forest County Potawatomi, Abbey recently has established a pathway in service to any Tribal nation in need of assistance. Her experience as Senior Consultant, Founder, & CEO of AD Consulting has created pathways for bridging services for the unhoused, increasing access for mental health services, and creating accessible childcare in Northern Wisconsin. Abbey believes in the value of clean data, innovation, and technical efficiency for the purpose of creating sustainable organizational growth. In her spare time, Abbey enjoys adventures with her now grown family.
