Mr. Farr has over 30 years’ experience in management consulting, software development, government technology, c-level leadership and entrepreneurism. Mr. Farr has co-authored 2 patents and founded 4 technology companies. He also advises in M&A. As a CEO for over 20 years he set corporate and product strategy, raised funding, designed products, managed growth, managed operations, and delivered successful exit mergers of his companies. Mr. Farr has worked with Tribes for 18 years. He founded Tribal D, Inc. in 2005 ( www.tribal-d.com ) – a software company providing technology and services that help manage the most critical aspects of Native American tribal governance: Revenue, People and Communities, Natural Resources, Heritage, Healthcare and Public Services. Most recently Mr. Farr founded a healthcare start up – Atadas, Inc., focused on remote medication management for addiction medicine, and currently implemented for Tribal Opioid Response grants. Mr. Farr and his wife, Shelly, of 26 years have two daughters. He was educated at the Stanford Graduate School of Business Executive Program, at Washington University (St. Louis) School of Engineering, (BSEE), and at Northcentral University (MBA).
